Congratulations and welcome to the Viva family. Opening your new account with Viva is very simple. You can refer to these instructions anytime you need help.

Step 1 - Open Your Account

The first step is to complete the online application and upload your supporting documents like ID and proof of address. Click Here to start.

You will need to wait 24-48 hours for compliance to approve your account. If any additional information is needed we will let you know directly.

Step 2 - Wealth Portal Login

The next step is to create your username, password, and link your phone using an authenticator app, so you can log in to your wealth portal 24/7. The wealth portal is where you check your balance and make crypto deposits and withdrawals. It's hosted with Zerocap, our custodian.

- Use Your Phone To Download Google Authenticator From The App Store

Go to your app store and search for "Google Authenticator". It should be the first result that appears. Install the app onto your phone and put it somewhere for frequent access because you need it every time you log in.

- Open The Authenticator App on Your Phone And Have It Ready To Scan a QR Code

You'll use your phone and the app at the same time. Open the app and have your phone ready to use. 

- Use Your Computer To Create A Username And Password To The Wealth Portal

Go to and click "Enter".

Next, click the "Don't have an account? Sign Up" link and enter your email address and a password you'd like to use for your account.

- Use Your Phone To Scan The QR Code With The Authenticator App

After you enter your email and password, you will see a QR code on appear on your screen. Open your authenticator app, and use your phone to scan the QR code. It will then link your computer and your phone with the title of ZEROCAP and show your email address. 

When it's complete, it will automatically produce a one time 6 digit code you can use to log in to your account. The code refreshes every 30 seconds for security. 




Step 3 - Fund Your Account

You can do a normal wire or bank transfer to fund your account. Here are the banking instructions

Cryptocurrency Deposits

To deposit in cryptocurrency, log in to your wealth portal and then click the currency you would like to deposit in. You'll then see a 'Deposit' button next to your 'Custody' account. Click the deposit button and it will show you the wallet address you can transfer to.  

NOTE: Do a small test transfer before you transfer your full holdings to be sure you've got the correct address.

NOTE: Make sure you only send the same currency to the address. E.g. Don’t send ETH to the BTC address.
